i'm intrigued how your process works. You go into the room with chief exec you sit down with bosses, and you touch at them. No bbtwat wire. I articulate in the first part of that probably the worst practitioners of this are going to be chief exects. How'd you square those two things, either in the old world or when you're observing how this bias often ripples upwards through an organization? If you were to walk into some of those rooms you've been in the past and and talk represent, you know, people now, what would you change and what would you say to chief exs?
