Do You Feel a Different Connection With the Audience as a Soloist?
I'm curious because you are now conducting quite a bit and do you feel a different connection with the audience as a soloist? You know, just on maybe on even on a just purely visual level, being facing the audience versus facing the orchestra. Never thought about it, actually. What I feel though is this,. I think what I'm doing as a conductor has very little to do what most of the conductors do. It's totally out of the question because people are listening to music so much and have it so much around them. So it's when they really know it could be a less, less great experience. No, yeah, that's absolutely. That's fine.
