Bob Duke's Felony

Bob duke was charged with conspiracy to commit the murder of his parents. He took a plea bargain and got ten years in federal prison. Roger browberger drug adict, had accomplished something quite remarkable. But people wondered if bob duke was capable of plotting to kill his own parents, was he also capable of murdering his wife and child? I think the majority people in town were thinking, they need to reopen that case.
