If you have a deposit at Chase or the other three or four top banks, you're pretty well assured the government would never let them go down. So if you're at some sort of regional community bank of North Main Street in some little town that has one branch or a couple of branches, they will let them going down. And so all much of other banks led by JP Morgan Chase are giving them some sort of emergency loan. The risk is that the people take their money out of those smaller banks and they put it into the bigger banks. This, in effect, like you said, is a run on the bank.
