The Director General of MI5 Threat Speech
Ken McCallum was speaking at the annual Director General of MI5 threat speech. He said that there had been plans to kill British citizens and UK-based individuals who are enemies of the Iranian regime. And he also highlighted, interestingly, the threat from what he called Putin aligned oligarchs who would be used as tools of influence in the UK.
