Body weight exrcise is among the best excise you can do for your strength. And in fact, it's very difficult to lift weightso it's a good thing. The muscles that you've got, particular in your bum and the backs of your legs, are the biggest muscles in your body. They are going to really hurt if you stress them. But doing a really, really, super easy run the day after can really loosen off the muscles a bit. I think as fineand as long as you're doing the things you said. Th you didn't feel like i was too nacked for it at the time. I onlyd felt nackered in the days following.
