The owner of a fitness studio in Maine wanted to improve his business. He decided to interview the highest utilization rate clients, meaning those who come in the most. After interviewing 40 people he found that they had only five reasons tho cancel guis because geographical cas you moved, financial schedule, no longer interested, you want to do something else,. An injury. Those are the five i want you to talk to anybody the atwenty people who sited no longer interest, i want to dosomething else. And it took him probably a little bit, actually, over a month to do all these sitdowns and conversations with people. It was eye opening.
