Flights of Fantasy - The Outward Urge

I'm not sure about sending humans into space because that's enormously adds to the expense. You need to bring them back. Psychologically, it's hard to do. But exploring space by instrumentation, by telescopes and by unmanned rockets and unmanned spacecraft, I thoroughly approve of. And insofar as humans are needed to do that, I approve of that too. It's a very, very noble human feature, the outward urge.
