The Origins of Polynesia

No major voyages or colonisation attempts were made for the next 2000 years. This is where we see the beginnings of what you'd call a moldy culture, or at least the foundations of it being formed. Tereomori, the language of Tonga Tofinoa, starts to take shape during this period. It's possible some archaeological sites haven't been found in East Polynesia that could be dated earlier than 2,000 years ago.
