What Do You Think About Diaries?

It was started originally in the late 1930s as a way of finding out what ordinary people feel about things. They asked certain people to write diaries, I think, about various bits of their life. Now it's much more organized in that they sign people up like me to answer various things. And this is a way of recording people's ordinary lives. So it's in the future when people want to do research, they've got this vast database of people's experiences.
