Are You Afraid to Give Your Boss Feedback?
i once had a boss who i i was afraid to give him feedback, and in general, i was afraid of him. Part of the reason to give your boss feedback is because when you don't, it can take a real toll on you. I think human beings have a negativety bi us, because it helps us buth develop mentally and evolutionarily. And so ther i don't think it is entirely unreasonable for someone to say, i don't feel comfortable doing it. In many cases, there's the problem, not in every yetsometimes it has disastrous consequences.
