I don't like to just do extreme or prolonged fasting I only like to do that for autophagy but for fat loss I like to make sure I'm preserving my muscle and add in a couple days of protein spraying modified fast. It's up to the person to choose what they think is going to work best for them based on their lifestyle their preferences.
