I've noticed that come up a lot where you're not asking for help. Do you think that's a pattern? I didn't thought about it like that via, but now that you say that, yeah, I could see that. That's something to think about how that's how that's affecting you because you came into the meeting saying I did okay, but I didn't hear my personal goals, right? So that that's what a via meeting would be like, I mean, that's good. I went right there with you. These are these are literally conversations that we hear with our people. You're coming from curiosity and not judgment. Their actions are speaking for themselves.
