Digital Infrastructure in Germany

At the end of last year, 137,000 positions were looking to be filled in Germany. This is even higher than pre-pandemic levels actually, which was in 2017, 124,000. So why is this though? Is this a workforce issue? Is it imagined human capital? What's the thing that's holding it back? Yeah. I think this is part of it, definitely.
