The Human Brain Doesn't Work Like That
We don't actually know that much about how the human brain works, so modelling it on that may not have ever been a good idea. The type of bio medical professional who knows the most about how the humanbrain works to day is the anisthesiologist. But that's basically still in turms of her understanding of consciousness. It's completely useless information, at least the approaches we're takin to day.
