How to Have a Conversation That People Think Is Impossible
The most effective way to have a conversation with someone is to never use one strategy or technique it's to build build them on top of each other. In the later chapters we talk about scales which is like the best technique that i've ever come up with. It's basically asking someone to put their confidence in their belief on a scale okay so you say well how confident are you on that in one to ten now they don't have to use a scale they can make a one-door hundred but what it does is enable you to assess at the end of your conversation.
