The Rain Process Is a Game Changer

The rain process is all abot recognized. That's the first step, and i actually think it's the game changer. If we feel we've got to be perfect, or the leader, or always in command of ourselves,. We tend to push it away or deny those things. And she says, self compassion begins to arise in moments that we're suffering. It's not just about recognizing that we're one part of a bigger puzzle. But allowing these feelings can actually allow me to do that. I don't like wallowing... but when i think about the word 'wallowing'  i think about what you take away from the front wtihyou.
