The Importance of Language in D&D

ConLanger: You need to build it into the game in a way that's fun. Forcing players to speak in a conlang in order to play it all is not very fun, because it's difficult to go from zero to 100 like that. Having little snippets of it for flavor, and then the option of being able to translate something later or maybe having your character learn it or something. That sounds more like it's something that can be fun for some players.
