glucagon makes patients nauseous okay and in a couple of times i've given it these patients have been so sick as in they've been vomiting afterwards. You need to consider the use of an early anti-ematic if your patient is getting this glucagon. The only other bits i guess that we just need to tap chon are height which we've already said obviously with regard to those qr sprolongations We're going to be thinking about sodium bicarbonate so we're going to give 50 minimoles repeated as necessary and guided by a blood gas analysisso we'll be aiming for a pH of about 7.5So that's the target that we're using there
