The Filibuster and Voting Rights

The filibuster is a gim crow relic. It was used by southern segregationists to stop a progress on civil rights laws, and it's been used in the same way to day. And so if we can't eliminate it, which is what i'm in favorof, we should at least reform it for civil rights issues. I think it should include emigration. But at least let's get the voting rights pieced through, because it really is having a toxic effect on black and brown and indigenous and poor communities across the country. Is that a hope or a prayer? Noh, my goodnessIt's am ay, it's probably both.I probably pray for it.
