Having a Questioning Phase

When you're first working with someone who is a questioning let's say, how do you encourage them to get involved with the community? Do you offer them to understand that? That's really a pretty fundamental part of of having a guess of fabric to support you. So it's not just te acknowledgment and the open statement, if making a phone call like that or having that experience, but then seeking support from the community.
