LZ Granderson: There's a lot of trauma around this conversation. He says white pastors need to be willing to see their own errors. LZ: A lot of evangelicals think unless they themselves are individually harboring malignant feelings, get somebody because their skin color is different than them, then therefore they have nothing to do with the topic of racism. "I'm glad for anyway, particularly if you find yourself better than your community," he says.
