What Are the Opportunities in the Housing Market?

It's a clearly reset going on in the housing market. I think what we're seeing now is a rea valuation, how much house can i afford? And so we have seen people walk away from contracts. We've seen the builders slow down a little bit. But given how high mortgage rates are, the existing home owners don't want to get out of their old, cheap mortgages. So that's going to push demand to the new builds. It creates opportunities really at times when we see a sell off. That's an opportunity for investors to re shuffle portfolios right in.
