The Life of a Family Man in the Southern States
He had an affair with this woman when he was on his lecture tour, and by the time she found out that she was pregnant, he was hundreds of miles away. She was in Georgia, Youth, and Alabama. There really wasn't a good way of getting in contact. He did eventually get married in Alabama, officially married, but that merged his not seemed to have lasted very long before they went their separate ways. His only known child was a daughter that he apparently didn't even know that he had.
