How to Manage Chronic Illness in a Day-to-Day Basis
Chronic illness can mean anything, basically any kind of long-term health condition. Someone who has chronic illness may have a lot less spoons to use in the day. An activity like taking a shower or preparing a meal might use up four times more than someone who is healthier. So living with chronic illness means you have to meticulously ration out your limited spoons to get you through the day.
