It's okay to be sad and disappointed about not getting more time off this year or whatever the case may be with your new situation that is changing your holiday season from what it once was. Even if you're drowning, being kind to yourself in it is also a good thing right now. And intentionally saying good is here right now is a way to anchor you in whatever else is going on. Good is everywhere. It really is.
