The Prime Number Theorem
Theory: You just use some algorithm to shade the picture according to the pixs. Then you search for prime near by, and that edits last four digits of image. Prime number theorem tells us how many primes there are for any certain size of number. There's a couple every ten thousand, yes, which is why nt e lakin lo four digits. The reason it's two point three, again, is because you're using e. So e to two equals ten, but this isn't based on base ten numbers.
