What's the Current State of the Negotiations?

Israel sent a diplomatic delegation to vienna for the first time last week. They met with russians, french and americans. This was a high level as raeli team had included people from israel's own atomic energy commission. It seems they're close; we've seen some leaking of e what the possible parometers of that deal would look like in different media outlets.
