How to Disable AI Generative Tools in JetBrains

JetBrains has added a new feature to CLAN that lets users generate and commit messages. It's not available by default, so you have to enable it in your JetBrains account first. There was also talk at Zebra Sausen Sea about making C++ memory safe. A blog post on the topic looked at different ways to achieve this with languages such as Val or Ostrile for example.
