The Authenticity Fallacy in Fantasy

I actually call that the authenticity fallacy sometimes that readers have like an understanding of what they think is historical. And often it's either it's not accurate for your world because it's fantasy and it's made up so you can do whatever you really want to. Or it's not even actually historical. If it's truly throwing a reader so much that, you know, they're getting knocked out of the story, even though it's historically accurate, but I can let it go mostly.
