How to Deal With Depression

I'm sick to death of hearing my athletes or my clients saying that Everybody's living this incredible life. Instagram if you do not have The emotional capacity if you can't handle your emotions don't download it. I've had an increasing amount of people That I have met up with in person in the last month and they're completely different so It doesn't actually does you a disservice? How many times do you look at Instagram at a photo of somebody and their caption says? Something that makes them sound so confident and so intelligent then when you see them in person They can't string two sentences together.
