In 10-9-8-7 for the BBC World Service, I'll be counting down the missions that helped realize Kennedy's vision. In the run-up to the 50th anniversary of that first moon landing in 1969, we'll hear from the astronauts reliving their experiences. There will also be plenty of original archive, and we'll hear some of the music they took with them.
