I think mentorship is such a valuable part of the experience of both students and as you move in your career. And having different perspectives outside of your advisor's own can lend really more wholesome experience for students development. Switching gears a little bit onto the technical side, like how do you think the technical landscape of the community sort of evolved over the years? You've also been, you know, vice chair, you've served in the PC and so on and so forth. So yeah, I think that when I first joined, started attending ISCA, we were sort of at the dawn of the multi-core era.
