The Justice Alito Playbook on Fetal Personhood
The judge described the term fetus as unscientific and then cited a philosopher and political scientist for the unborn human, unborn child designation. He's matte making scientific determinations, right? But also law. This is science, ladies but also law. And it seems like his justifications for doing this is less about making the landscape of medical care safe for women and more about curbing the licentiousness of these women whores who are engaging in sexual freedom and sexual liberation.
