The Confusion of Tools and Witches

Don't worry about reading the peps. It's those of us who are knee deep in the packaging ecosystem, it's on us to come up with the peps and worry about getting them pushed out. The tools should be handling all that for you. I like flip because it's really simple. And even if this goes totally wrong, I don't feel like I'm really committed into a tool that somehow I can't escape from.
