The Importance of Living Earth Systems in Permaculture

In Hawaii we have just about every ecosystem besides tundra. The environments are completely different. You can't just lay carpet down and cardboard in places where things grow at an incredible rate or you have a whole different set of rules to deal with. So these living earth systems, the aquaponic systems in such that we build, they're very similar. Every environment's different.
