You Just Name the Need, Not the Feeling
i'm going to do ation where you get to try it out. So this is a story of my husband and i from way back in the days when we were young and confused, a long, long time ago. This actually was our first years together. On we had very earlyn agreed to have a couple of times a week a morning check in where we'd meditate together and see how things were going. And then he judged me for judging him aggressively. He got very angry at me for being angry at him for something he didn't think warranted angres. That's the background. You don't need any more than that. We did this non violent communicating just right.
