The Supreme Court's Skepticism of Racism

CNN's John Sutter says he avoids social media even in the Supreme Court. He doesn't know where affirmative action cases seem to be headed based on oral arguments. The only justices who have not written a majority opinion out of October cases are Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Thomas, said Sutter. "I do think that the court is most likely to rule against UNC"
