Why Time Tracking Isn't the Most Important Metric

The amount of time you spend on something isn't necessarily the most important metric, it's a very useful metric. I would argue that time tracking and then time blocking, which we'll talk about, putting constraints around the time that you spend on things, that actually produces better results in my opinion. You know, at some point when you have a finished line, a set like dead line, essentially you just ship it. When you have that in mind, it directs the works.
