And they just have to simply answer five questions. You know, what's one thing I'm anxious about today? What's one reason I know I can probably handle it. That is immeasurably more important than kind of knowing this stuff, right? It's actually going through it and doing it, isn't it? Yeah. The best form of evidence is when we do something for ourselves or we experience it.
