The 20% rule: Spend the first 20 % of any consultation only engaging, you'll find yourself able to move really easily thereafter. Don't try not to leap ahead in your own mind with how they might solve a problem. Try not to interpret what they're saying because they're not ready for it. In fact, the cleverness sits on Nod in yourself and that's a big lesson for me. I sort of used the matter for upsetting on my hands, because it requires an incredible restraint. But i could list a whole lot of things that you just don't want to do if you want to make really rapid progress.
