How Sperm Whales Have Different Accents

Sperm wals oho have different dialects depending on where they are in the ocean. They can recognize each other as individuals from how they sound. When whales are not busy doing gole, they have a certain pattern of cliques that they use at certain social and cultural situations. It is part of their cultural map. Whales are some of the only animals outside of humans that have different cultural groups. And it's readenslly, because although there's no ial reason why they can't cross over geographically, they tend not to. So sperm whales don't sing. They only click to use echo location.
