You can get the book called trauma stewardship by Vander Noot Lipski to talk about how to care for each other as a service provider or in terms of communities of care. This is one thing that I've thought not only working in agency, but even as a private practitioner of like, how am I taking care of myself when I'm setting boundaries?Crystal: These are all extensions of these concepts to really not just in the way we treat other people or we treat supervisees, but how we're treating ourselves with anti oppressive practices
