The Status Quo and the De-Growth Movement

Irish people know what the no-growth movement or de-growth movement means. We lived in our country from the 1920s to the 1990s with no growth, I know what it looks like. The degrowth movement is so popular in places like Germany and France because they're already rich. And as Irish people, we know what economic decline looks like. What the status quo loves is no growth. Why? Because it can live there.
