I would walk on a treadmill for about 30 minutes 45 minutes heart rate. Probably one two five one 30 beats per minute. It's got to be a big incline if you're walking 12 11 to 12. But I've noticed when doing the treadmill that you can't really do a whole lot like you can't do anything on a laptop. You have to write to a customer in the cloud pedal.
