The Importance of Sleep in the Menopause Transition

Sleep can improve in the menopause transition, but for some people sleep can worsen as our hormone cycles change. There is something about increasing age and sleep as well that isn't can be an issue. Avoid a screen for around an hour before you go to bed, having a really good sleep routine where you're doing something to relax. Make sure your bedroom is all geared up to sleep so it's dark and cool.
