I personally love SMS, but it has to be used very carefully. There's a whole art of copywriting that comes with SMS and you learn very quickly if you're bad at it because everybody unsubscribes. I think your phone numbers like a bank account, your emails like a credit card number where one changes and the other doesn't. The engagement rates, open rates that you're seeing relative to a channel like email are just, they look really attractive right now.
