The Future of the Moving Industry

I think eventually somebody is going to have a load board in our industry and figure out how to have, you know, a system where there's a rating to be able to haul. I mean, it's only a matter of time till we all become like one big band line,. Is that what you think the future is going towards? We don't need bounce sales people. We can just have robots booking our jobs over the phone. Where do you see the future of our industry going?
