The Dopamine Spike in the Hypothalamus and the Brain

The brain is hardwired to respond to certain stimuli, certain goals that would have been valuable to our ancestors. And there are certain food properties that are unconditioned stimuli. So fat, carbohydrate, sugar and starch, salt, protein and glutamate,. The brain is wired to have a motivational response to those and that involves dopamine spiking in the brain. That's more of that seductiveness, the dopaminergic response.
