Is There a Right Sizing of the Pricing?

There are those who argue that if you're seeking to up skill in an area where there's a skills gap, you shouldn't be paying. But the question is why? How much financial risk and how much debt should you be taking on in return for this up skilling? And i'm hopeful that one positive event of the tragic last year is that we will began to see a right sizing of the pricing.
